A track record of unrivaled success in family law
Our business can be traced back to Joe Milchak, the founding partner. He was a young electronic engineer and computer scientist who had an interest in law. After obtaining a doctorate in law and then practicing law for a while. He started teaching computer science and law.
Joe was thrown into the public eye when he was asked when working overseas to advise important members of the international society in their legal private family law and business affairs. When Joe went to law school in California which had adopted the present equitable distribution system, Joe was trained as a trial attorney who then switched to marital litigation. Since then, Joe has advised and/or represented clients in some important divorces in the State and/or the world. Over the years, he alone has advised and/or dealing with the judiciary and/or the laws governing California and/or international family law.
